Office Manager
Jessica keeps the practice running: scheduling, billing questions, insurance snags, and all the things that do not fit neatly into one category. When something about your care needs sorting out, Jessica is the person to ask for.
Nurse
Sara handles clinical questions between visits: coordinating refills with your pharmacy, following up on results, and helping work out whether a new symptom can wait for your next appointment or needs to be seen now. More often than not, the callback you get is from Sara.
Medical Assistant
Destiny rooms you, takes your vitals, and has your chart ready before your clinician walks in. If anything about a visit is uncomfortable or unclear, Destiny is exactly the right person to tell.

Anna runs the clinical side of a visit from start to finish: vitals and history at the front end, then making sure the orders, labs, and follow-ups from your appointment actually get where they need to go.
Front Desk
Joy handles check-in and the paperwork side of things: insurance cards, forms, and questions about what to bring. New patients get walked through it step by step, so the first visit starts with medicine rather than a clipboard.
