IM Clinic was founded in 2018 on a simple premise: adults deserve a practice that knows them, has time for them, and stays with them.

IM Clinic is physician-owned and physician-led. No hospital system sets our schedule, and no corporate parent decides how long your visit runs. That independence is the whole point. It is what lets us hold same-day slots for our own patients, spend the time a complicated problem actually needs, and answer to you rather than to a quarterly target.
Internal medicine is the specialty of adult health. Our training is entirely in the conditions adults face: how they interact, how they progress, and how medications behave over decades. Family practices care for every age, which is valuable and different. We chose depth over breadth.
Most of what goes wrong in modern healthcare goes wrong in the handoffs: between clinics, between systems, between one rotating provider and the next. A small practice fixes that by not having many handoffs. You see the same small team, working from one chart, and they remember what happened last year.
